Glossy Blue Purple Vase

I handcraft this tall, sculptural ceramic vase with an elongated neck and rounded base, finishing it in a layered reactive glaze of deep indigo, cobalt, and smoky brown. I love the rich tonal variation across the surface, which creates depth and movement while allowing the slender silhouette to make a striking vertical statement.

I designed this piece to stand beautifully on its own, making it a natural fit for consoles, mantels, shelving, or a collected ceramic display. Its saturated blue finish pairs especially well with warm woods, stone, linen, and other neutral materials.
