Glossy Obsidian Vase

I handcraft this ceramic vessel as a study in form and finish, shaping it with a softly rounded silhouette and finishing it in a deep, high-gloss black glaze. I love the subtle contrast of the warm earthenware rim around the opening, which highlights the vessel’s organic character and the beauty of its handmade construction.

I designed this piece to stand beautifully on its own or complement a curated arrangement. Its sculptural shape brings depth and understated sophistication to shelves, consoles, mantels, and tabletops.
